HIGHBRIDGE MULTI-STRATEGY FUND LIMITED (the "Company")

TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

The Company announces that on 27 July, 2018 it sold for cash out of treasury 200,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") at 225.90p per share.

Following the above sale, the total number of Shares in issue is 131,627,733, of which 27,281,364 Shares are held by the Company in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 104,346,369 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
