The Company announces that, on 20th February 2018, it purchased into Treasury 66,447 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.7766 per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 3,557,162 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 274,341,791. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
