TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

The Board of Triple Point Venture VCT Plc announces that on 20 March 2026, it purchased for cancellation 776,154 Venture Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Venture Shares") at a price of 86.64p pence per Venture Share.

Total Voting Rights

Following the transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is 119,538,323 Venture Shares. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 119,538,323.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the purposes of calculating whether or not they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
