Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 15 March 2013 it purchased 100,118 of its own ordinary shares of 5p each at an average price of 1823.26 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the above purchase of shares, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 56,256,910 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights.
