Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 15 February 2013 it purchased 51,894 of its own ordinary shares of 5p each at an average price of 1752.70 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the above purchase of shares, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 56,504,861 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights.
