Livermore Investments Group Limited07 May 2008 07 May 2008 Livermore Investments Group Limited ("Livermore" or "the Company") Transaction in Own Shares Livermore announces that, on the 2nd of May 2008 the Company purchased 40,000ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.01% of the issued share capitalof the Company, at a price of 30 pence per share. The Company will hold theseshares in treasury for the time being. The Company also confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in theCompany with voting rights following such repurchase is 282,179,510 and thereare a total of 10,598,262 ordinary shares held in treasury. The above figure of 282,179,510 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
