The Company announces that on 6 September 2012 it purchased in the market 60,000 redeemable shares of 1p each ("Redeemable Shares") at a price of 745 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this transaction, there are 34,458,534 Redeemable Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury.
