EIH plc announces that on 30 September 2011 it purchased for cancellation 500,000 ordinary shares at a price of 60 pence per share under its existing buy back authority. Following cancellation of these shares, the Company will have 64,500,002 ordinary shares in issue. There are no shares held in treasury.
