29 October 2007 Panther Securities PLC ("Panther" or "the Company") Transaction in own shares

On 26 October 2007 the Company acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of ‚£0.25 each at ‚£3.70 per share for cancellation.

Following the cancellation of these shares the Company will have 16,978,151 shares in issue.
