Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 3 October 2012 it purchased for cancellation 83,594 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 102.5 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 28,770,873 Ordinary Shares in issue.
