The Company announces that, on 28th March 2018, it purchased into Treasury 53,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.3013 per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 5,956,611 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 271,962,342. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
