Matrix Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 25 September 2009 it purchased 50,225 C Ordinary Shares at a price of 56.8 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 11,259,333 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence and 17,433,863 C Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in issue.
