Transaction in Own Shares
Leeds Group announces that on 30 January 2009 it purchased 100,000 of its own Ordinary Shares to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased at 14p each.
As a result of the above purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares now held in treasury is 3,550,658 and the number of remaining Ordinary Shares in issue is 29,549,342.
