Purchase of shares for cancellation
TriVest VCT plc announces that on 13 September 2007, it purchased a total of 100,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company for cancellation at a price of 89.21 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 37,208,759 Ordinary Shares in issue.
