TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

The Company announces that it has purchased 45,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at an average price of 84.6 pence per share and transferred them into treasury.

The Company now holds a total of 1,406,980 new ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 4,606,500.
