Tottenham Hotspur PLC15 April 2008 TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR PLC ("Company") Transaction in own shares/TVR The Company announces that pursuant to the Company's general authority to buyits own shares, the Company has today bought back for cancellation 30,000ordinary shares at 142p per share. Following this transaction, there are 93,151,609 ordinary shares and 58,306preference shares in issue. The preference shares do not carry voting rightstherefore for the purposes of the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules thetotal number of voting rights in the Company is 93,151,609.
