The Company announces that it has today purchased 320,907 ordinary shares into Treasury at 378.15 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 31,914,472 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 249,719,438. The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
