The Company announces that it has today purchased 70,832 ordinary shares into Treasury at 453.36 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 61,258,244 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 220,375,666. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
