On Friday 27 April 2018, JPMorgan Russian Securities plc purchased 57,143 ordinary shares for cancellation at 490.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the number of ordinary shares in issue is 51,035,669.

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.
