Griffin Mining Ltd ("the Company") announces that on 4th January 2024 it purchased 19,925 of the Company's own ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 90 pence per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares have been purchased to be held in treasury for the time being.

Following completion of the purchase of these Ordinary Shares there are 192,828,420 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 1,291,849 Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.
