Rensburg Sheppards plc25 May 2005 Rensburg Sheppards plc ("the Company") Purchase of own shares BWD Trustees Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, has today purchased 13,703ordinary shares of 10 90/91 pence each of the Company at £5.30 per share onbehalf of the Employee Share Ownership Trust ("the Trust"). The purchasefollows the consolidation of the Company's share capital on 6 May 2005 and theshares will be used to satisfy existing options under the Company's EmployeeShare Ownership Plan. Following this purchase, the Trust holds a total of152,250 ordinary shares of 10 90/91 pence each, representing 0.35% of the issuedshare capital of the Company.
