Purchase of shares
The Company announces that on 6 July 2016, it purchased 195,124 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.21% of the issued share capital at a price of 136 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 92,210,311 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
