Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 29 June 2016 it purchased 81,919 of the Company's own Ordinary shares at a price of 106.00 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 35,986,544 Ordinary shares of 1 pence in issue.
