Creston PLC02 September 2005 2 September 2005 Creston plc (the "Company") Transaction in own shares The Company announces that it purchased 17,216 of its ordinary shares of 10peach on 1 September 2005 at a price of 172.5 pence per ordinary share. TheCompany intends to hold these share in treasury. Following the purchase ofthese shares, Creston holds 17,216 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has36,704,146 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
