Transactions in own shares
REA announces that it made the following purchases (through Mirabaud Securities LLP) of its ordinary shares of 25p each:
10,000 shares at a price of 481p per share on 10 July 2014; and
1 share at a price of 473.75p on 11 July 2014.
The purchased shares are held as treasury shares.
Following such purchases, REA holds 49,320 ordinary shares in treasuryand has 35,035,949 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
