Transaction in own Redeemable Shares

The Company announces that on 1 August 2012 it purchased in the market 195,000 redeemable shares of 1p each ("Redeemable Shares") at a price of 730 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this transaction, there are 34,518,534 Redeemable Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury.
