Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC20 March 2008 Transactions in Own Shares Dawnay, Day Treveria plc ("the Company") announces that on 20 March 2008 itpurchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares for cancellation from JPMorgan CazenoveLimited at an average price of EUR 0.6394 per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 105,877,039ordinary shares for cancellation since 11 July 2007 when the buy back programmecommenced. Following the cancellation of these shares the Company will have606,380,384 Ordinary shares in issue.
