Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 12 July 2024 it purchased from Winterflood Securities Limited 32,782 of its own ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3513.77 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.
Following the above purchase of shares, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 54,219,795 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
