Matrix Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 23 January 2009 it purchased 106,200 Ordinary Fund Shares at a price of 36 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 11,269,333 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence and 9,145,990 C Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in issue.
