Dolphin Capital Investors Limited (the "Company") announces that on 4 July 2008 it purchased 1,000,000 of its common shares at an average price per share of 94p. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 17,000,000 of its common shares in treasury and has 532,036,141 common shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
