HALFORDS GROUP PLC: PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES
Halfords Group PLC announces that on 13 May 2008 it purchased for cancellation 184,734 of its ordinary shares at a price of 281.923 pence per ordinary share.
Following the above purchase, the Company have now bought back 20,584,760 shares for cancellation, since the 8 June 2006 when the buy back programme commenced.
