Transfer of shares out of Treasury
Halfords Group plc announces that on 14 September 2011 it transferred 789,332 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company from Treasury into the Halfords Employee Share Trust for the purpose of meeting Performance Share Plan, Company Share Option Scheme and SAYE options.
Following this transfer the Company has transferred a total of 4,739,620 from Treasury to the Halfords Employee Share Trust and continues to hold 710,000 shares in treasury.
