Transaction in own shares

Princess Private Equity Holding Limited (the Company) wishes to announce that on 13 August 2013, it purchased for cancellation 5'000 of its own shares at an average price per share of EUR 6.58, representing a discount of 20.5% to the latest net asset value (NAV) as of 30 June 2013. Following this purchase and cancellation, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 69'394'940 shares.
