The Company announces that on 9 January 2017 it purchased, for immediate cancellation 20,000 of its ordinary 2p shares at a price per share of 105.0p.

Following the above purchase and cancellation, the number of ordinary shares in issue is 45,134,409.

The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 9 January 2017 is 45,134,409. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
