EPE Special Opportunities plc (the "Company") announces that, on 11 and 12 March 2013, it purchased a total of 20,000 shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 58.88 pence per share.
The number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the above and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 28,199,360 Ordinary Shares.
