Transaction in own shares

Huntsworth PLC announces that, on 24th November 2010, it purchased through Numis Securities Limited 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 71.38 pence per share. The highest price and lowest price paid for these shares was 72 and 70.75 pence respectively. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 4,082,110 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 232,112,157 ordinary shares of 1p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented approximately 0.01% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchases.
