Transaction in Own Shares 

Ludgate Environmental Fund Limited announces that in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 8 November 2013, on Monday 9 December 2013 it purchased 570,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 50p per share. The ordinary shares purchased will be cancelled. 

The total number of ordinary shares in issue, following the above purchase and cancellation, is 53,580,874.
