London and Associated Properties PLC Transaction in Own Shares

London and Associated Properties PLC ("the Company") announces that it has today purchased 49,030 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company. The highest price paid per share was 104 pence, the lowest price paid per share was 103 pence and the average price was 103.51 pence per share. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 6,162,385 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 76,154,587.
