Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC04 March 2008 Transactions in Own Shares Dawnay, Day Treveria plc ("the Company") announces that on 4 March 2008 itpurchased 250,000 ordinary shares for cancellation from JPMorgan CazenoveLimited at an average price of EUR 0.75 per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 99,439,538ordinary shares for cancellation since 11 July 2007 when the buy back programmecommenced. Following the cancellation of these shares the Company will have612,817,885 Ordinary shares in issue.
