Transaction in own shares

Huntsworth PLC announces that, on 5rd October 2011, it purchased through Numis Securities Limited 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 58 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 2,824,790 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 245,088,224 ordinary shares of 1p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented approximately 0.004% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchases.
