Buy back of Own Shares
Leeds Group announces that on 12 June 2008 it purchased 140,000 of its own Ordinary Shares to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased at 18.25p each.
As a result of the above purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares now held in treasury is 4,037,015 and the number of remaining Ordinary Shares in issue is 30,862,985.
