Transaction in own shares

Ambrian Capital announces that on the 9th April 2009 it acquired 2,058 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 15.75p per Ordinary Share.

The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 4,382,058 Ordinary Shares as treasury shares. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 106,979,150 and thus the total number of voting rights in the Company is 106,979,150.
