On 13 March 2023 Troy Income & Growth Trust plc (the "Company") bought 3,205,000 of its own Ordinary shares to be held in Treasury at an average price of 68.41 pence per share. |

Following this purchase, the Company's issued share capital is 347,511,987 Ordinary shares, of which 86,939,500 Ordinary shares are held in treasury.
