The highest price for these shares was 203 pence and lowest price paid for these shares was 202 pence. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 1,382,000 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 83,084,679 ordinary shares (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented 0.08% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchases.
