Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 14 September 2015 it purchased 125,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 105.0 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 36,250,759 Ordinary shares of 1 pence in issue.
