Transaction in own shares
Formation announces that on 4 July 2008, it purchased 65,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at 17.5 pence per share. These shares will be held by the Company as treasury shares.
Following this transaction, Formation holds 515,000 ordinary shares in treasury and has 220,000,112 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
