Transaction in Own Shares

MAVEN INCOME AND GROWTH VCT 4 PLC

On 19 May 2010 Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC purchased for cancellation 4,000 of its own Ordinary shares at 66.0p per share and 6,000 of its S Ordinary shares at 71p per share.

Following this transaction, the Company's ordinary issued share capital is 8,447,620 Ordinary shares of 10p each and 4,956,459 S Ordinary shares of 10p each. The number of voting shares in the Company is therefore 13,404,079 shares.
