Transfer of shares out of Treasury
McBride plc ("the Company") announces that on 28 September 2011 it transferred 4,678 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company for the purpose of meeting SAYE options that were exercised early.
The Company now holds 1,332,006 shares in Treasury and has a total of 179,708,295 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
