Baronsmead VCT 3 plc

The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that on 24 May 2010 the Company purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 89.5 pence per share to be held in Treasury.

Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 67,619,851 shares of which 6,377,317 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in Baronsmead VCT 3 plc is 61,242,534 ordinary shares of 10p. Each share has one voting right.

The above figure 61,242,534 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Baronsmead VCT 3 plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
