Purchase of Own Shares
On 21 November 2008 Northamber plc bought 350,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at 32.5 pence per share, representing 1.19% per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company has 29,033,100 ordinary shares in issue.
